Meet Your Host, Molly Jaeger
Hi, I’m Molly Jaeger. I’ve been working in physical rehabilitation, movement expression, and awareness for over 18 years. I’m here to help you transform your recurring pain into lasting freedom. I know recurring pain can be confounding. It can seem mysterious and often traditional approaches don’t work. But when you know what’s going on it’s really not that hard to get unstuck. 

I’ve had my own experiences of recurring pain, I am past 40 after all! And along with my own self, I’ve helped many others resolve their pain issues. My specialty is helping people feel agile and strong and to move with natural ease once again without the drudgery of exercise routines, meds, or restrictive diets. Even if you can’t imagine that yet, I know it’s possible for you because I’ve seen it happen with others who felt the same!
